一、概述Introduction

本裝置系用于SF6氣體絕緣電氣設(shè)備的制造、使用及科研部門從SF6設(shè)備中回收，凈化SF6氣體，并有抽真空及充氣能力的專用設(shè)備。This is a special purpose device， which can be used to reclaim and purify sf6 gas from the sf6 gas insulated electric equipment by persons who manufacture，user or research into the equipment。This device also has the functions of vacuum-pumping and gas filling。

二、功能Function

1、該設(shè)備能對(duì)SF6電器開關(guān)抽真空并測(cè)定真空度。

Vacuum pumping the sf6 switch and testing the limited vacuum 。

2、能對(duì)SF6電器開關(guān)充入SF6氣體。

Back –filling the SF6 gas into the switch。

3、能對(duì)SF6電器開關(guān)的氣體進(jìn)行回收。

Reclamation of the SF6 gas from the switch。

４、能對(duì)回收的SF6氣體凈化處理。

Purification and drying treatment of the reclaimed SF6 GAS。

５、存儲(chǔ)SF6氣體。

Storage of the SF6 gas in pressure tank。

三、主要元件Main part

1、真空泵vacuum pump　Model：ULVAC VDN401 40m³/H 極限真空 0.06Pa

2、壓縮機(jī)compressor Model：EMERSON CA—0300 12m³/H

3、凈化系統(tǒng)filter-driers Model： EMERSON濾芯、 F—03吸附劑 配有活化加熱系統(tǒng)。It is used to filter and dry the gas。There is a F-03 absorption activating and heating system。

4、冷卻系統(tǒng) cooling system

熱交換器，制冷系統(tǒng)，風(fēng)冷機(jī)組 可使SF6液化存儲(chǔ)。Heat-exchanger，refrigerating compressor，air cooling unit

5、存儲(chǔ)罐pressure tank

40KG容器，安全閥，壓力 3.8Mpa

可進(jìn)行裝置的各項(xiàng)操作和儀表監(jiān)視。

The device has been designed and constructed bearing in mind the standard to be Observed as well as additional technical specifications.

Safe use of the machine can only be achieved if all the necessary measures are followed.

如果遵守必要的措施，就可以做到機(jī)器的安全使用。

The operator has to ensure that

操作者必須確保以下幾點(diǎn)：

- the device is only used for the purposed for which it is intended (see chapter 2 product description

- the device is only operated in accordance with the instructions and in good condition and that the safety devices are regularly checked.

- Maintenance and repair personnel are issued with all the required safety and protective Clothing , which shall always be used.

維護(hù)人員在解決問題時(shí)必須要安全措施和穿必須穿防護(hù)服。

- Complete and legible operating instruction are available on site.

完整清晰的操作說(shuō)明書是很有用處的。

- Only qualified personnel operates or repairs the device.

只有有資質(zhì)的人員才可以操作或維修設(shè)備。

- This personnel is regularly instructed in safety procedures and environment protection and That this personnel is fully aware of the complete operating instruction and particularly in the Safety notes.

這些人員要接受有規(guī)則的安全程序和環(huán)境保護(hù)，他們也必須充分了解操作說(shuō)明書和安全守則。

- The safety and warning notes mounted on the device are legible and not removed.
