可將各種橡膠塊、條任意切斷。適應于各種斜膠輪胎、鋼絲輪胎、橡膠條等橡膠件的切斷。
[結構與原理]
該機由一對刀片、二臺減速電機、機架及轉動機構等組成。其基本原理為通過二臺電機的等速運轉，分別帶動二刀片作相對運轉，促使兩刀具形成剪切之勢，將物料置于兩刀片之間，并向前推動，達到剪切之效果。
